I tried to contact travelgenio, but there is no email or contact number available. I need my ticket invoice

Paint was peeling from the walls and furniture. Trash was on the floor.

A used towel was on the back of a chair. The only soap in the room had already been used. We left early the next morning but stopped to get coffee. The pot was empty.

An employee was on the phone and too busy to make more. It was a handicap room, but the bedroom was too crowded to get through with a walker.

To whom may concern

I would like to ask refund for this ticket if it still possible.

I am sorry in advance, it is very long time ago.

There is no direct contact detail and it is very hard to get in touch with someone. I need a refund simply

Flight in 2020 cancelled. Difficult to contact with and keep say have to wait for refund and until now no change to contacts with.

The money was never refunded. It says 60/90 days money will be sent. Nothing is truth.

Tickets #433****, booking number NDJW0R. I will be forced to consider further legal action to obtain my rightful refund.

Hi- when I made a reservation, it has clearly specified two bags. When I was at the airport CM Airlines have charged me again for bags. Please provide a refund of $16.00 back to my card.

No customer service. Lufthansa canceled my flights and offered an alternative ticket which requires transit visa and we did not have that visa, restricted from flying.

We had to book our own tickets again after reimbursement confirmation from an agent, we claimed right after our travel, Lufthansa after an year denied our claim but agreed to refund our ticket booked via travelgenio.

Now the refund is with travelgenio since a month, we're unable to contact travelgenio to get atleast the mere money back. Frustrated after all.

Since I couldn't reach you through any other platform, and none of your email addresses seem to be functioningall my emails are bouncing backI'm resorting to this review platform.

I am writing to express my growing frustration regarding the unresolved matter of my canceled flight from Istanbul to Luxembourg on November 18, 2022, as confirmed in the attached document.

Despite multiple attempts to seek information on the status of my refund, I have encountered a complete lack of communication and transparency from your end. This level of disregard for your customers is both unprofessional and unacceptable.

I demand an immediate and concrete resolution to this matter.

The delay in refund processing is not only inconveniencing but also reflects poorly on the integrity of your company.

I expect to see the reimbursement for the canceled flight reflected in my account without further delay.

Should this issue persist without a satisfactory resolution, I will not hesitate to escalate this matter legally. Furthermore, I will use every available platform to share my disheartening experience with your company including but not limited to online reviews and social media.

Your prompt attention to this matter is not just requested; it is now demanded.

The airline had problems and asked us to cancel the booking and I can only do that with travel genio .

Involuntary changes by airline,

Layover time has been changed by airline so i requested to cancel and refund .it has been cancelled but un fortunately I havent received my refund yet it has been 6 months now.

This Travel Genio is Worst for Flight Bookings , below expectations Services and Offers , Always Change dates for flight booking without Even Informing Customers .

During Covid Time in 2020/21 booked Flight of Polish Airlines but got canceled due to Covid 19 but Refund in still not given out back yo customer.

I emailed/ called so many times but No proper Response received yet . If somebody could help in this case will be highly appreciated .
