I have had the same happen to me. 11 weeks before I fly. The airline Lufthansa are able to re-book my flights at my expense, but need a waver from Travel Monster...am I going to get it???

you don't provide contact number or email (had to do google search) the number I found is NOT operational I sent the bank after you - even they gave up. You STOLE my money for selling me a ticket then not providing the service.
You did NOT warning me of the vaccine requirement while browsing for a ticket to go to that country, NOT warning me when I was making the booking, NOT even when you sent the e-ticket. To my big surprise, I learnt of all that when I wanted to check my luggage and was barred to get on the flight.
You provided NO refund, NO explanation. *** YOU.
