I have had the same happen to me. 11 weeks before I fly. The airline Lufthansa are able to re-book my flights at my expense, but need a waver from Travel Monster...am I going to get it???

you don't provide contact number or email (had to do google search) the number I found is NOT operational I sent the bank after you - even they gave up. You STOLE my money for selling me a ticket then not providing the service.

You did NOT warning me of the vaccine requirement while browsing for a ticket to go to that country, NOT warning me when I was making the booking, NOT even when you sent the e-ticket. To my big surprise, I learnt of all that when I wanted to check my luggage and was barred to get on the flight.

You provided NO refund, NO explanation. *** YOU.

Involuntary changes by airlines layover time increased to 9 hours so i requested travelgenio to cancel my flight ticked and refund but they cancelled but I didnt receive my refund yet, It has been 7 months now.

Dear All, This Travel Genio is Worst for Flight Bookings , below expectations Services and Offers , Always Change dates for flight booking without Even Informing Customers . During Covid Time in 2020/21 booked Flight of Polish Airlines but got canceled due to Covid 19 but Refund in still not given out back yo customer. I emailed/ called so many times but No proper Response received yet . If somebody could help in this case will be highly appreciated . Emailed them from Vishalcanada1989@***.com Thanks Vishal Newton

Involuntary changes by the airline and layover time has been increased from 2 hours to 9 hours so requested to cancellation and refund and i received a message that my ticket has been canceled your refund will be received as soon as possible but not yet received my refund it has been 7 months now.
