Booked ticket before Covid. All flight got cancelled. Asked the airline this year if i can redeem it. Tried contacting/ emailing Travelgenio but didn't got any response. All email got bounced back.

The flight time changed after I checked with airline directly, but I didn’t get any information from them. Trying to call them wanna ask them the details, but tel number is wrong and email was bounced back, this is a very bad experience, and I will never suggest this company
